Simple Viewing of Chinese Tags or File Renames

I have a bunch of Chinese songs that my friend gave me on a cd. The problem is, most of the filenames are just numbers and none of the players I've tried (quintessential, winamp, foobar, WMP) will view the tags correctly. All I see is gibberish. I want to be able to read the tags correctly and also just paste the name into the filename so that I won't get any headaches over id tags when viewing them in different players. One by one is fine by me but mass would be nice. Can anyone help me?

Your first step could be to install East Asian Language Support in Windows so your applications are provided with fonts that contain the chinese characters.
