Foopod losing song info

Hi there.  I've been searching everywhere to see if anyone has encountered this before but I haven't seen any references to this.

Sometimes when I play a song, it loses the song title and replaces all the song information with only the IPod file name.  When I initially load the songs, I get all the song info, like the artist, album, track number, title etc.  Then when I click on the song, everything gets wiped out and the title is replaced with the IPod file name like:  QCYM.  I then have to reload the song titles from the IPod using the Load Ipod Songs to Foobar 2000 Playlist function.  Usually, once I do that, the info doesn't disappear the next time I play it.  But if I delete the playlist and reload it, I have to do this again.

Every time I load new MP3's, I have to do this even if I am just adding to an existing playlist.  So somewhere it is storing this info for Foobar but loses it whenever the playlist is deleted.

I have Columns UI loaded.  Can someone please help?  I'm tired of having to click on all 6000 songs and then reload so I can keep my song info.
