Alternative to Tab Stack

Hi all,
I've been tinkering away with my Foobar build for years, but I'm not any sort of dev, so it's been fun but occasionally frustrating.

For my latest layout (below) I really want to keep some tabs for Album Lists and for other tabs (as seen in the top-left of the screengrab attached).
But...that Tab Stack grey! :-(((

Is there a way to build something that would do a similar job, but without Tab Stack?

All suggestions gratefully received!
