Rating Stars Displaying Funky Character

I just updated to Win 10 2018 Fall Update and I'm pretty sure that's when this broke:





I don't remember how I set this up exactly.  I'm thinking I copied it from 'Media Library -> Album List`.

Thoughts? 💭
