Finding the best music program for home and phone.

I am trying to find one app that I can manage my music with on my home machine and my phone. I've tried Media Monkey and can't get it to do the things i want it to.  When i try to add files from my drives including my external hard drive I get multiple copies of the same songs and it picks up every 5 second .wav from every video game .  I've tried playing with the import settings to no avail. I would like to start over and end up with all my songs in one place that can be sorted by artist, album and in correct order without all the duplicates. It would be nice if my comedy bits could be put in their own file too. I then want to be able to move the music to my android phone also. There has to be a way to do this. Any suggestions?
