How to get synch permission on music already on Windows media Player

*Just so you know I have read the 'does this post belong here' post and the 'frequently asked questions' post. If my post below is in the wrong place then I apologise - it is Window 10, Windows Media Player, Mp3 and CD burning related - just don't chop my head off for getting it wrong okay. Many thanks   :) *

I copied music from one mp3 player to my computer using Windows Media palyer. I wanted to put this newly copied music onto a different mp3 player but some of the songs have the message that i don't have sychronisation permission to copy a particular song onto the different mp3 player. When I click on the 'help' box it takes me to a Windows Microsoft page but the page says my browser doesn't support me getting the liscence (I presume the liscene will allow me to put the music onto the mp3 player).

I don't understand as I'm running Windows 10. I use Opera browser usually but I've tried sorting out the problem using the Explore browser but it still says my browser does not allow me to download the liscence.

I also don't get it as the music was originally burned from CDs with no problem and when I copied the music onto the original mp3 player there was not a problem.

Any suggestions?

Many Thanks

If you have Windows 10, you should have the new Microsoft Edge browser. Have you tried that?

Other than that, I really have no idea.
