Other forums with a "critical attitude"?

Do you know any other forums similar to HA, where users are expected to back up their claims with solid arguments/facts?

Like tech/computer forums, for example? All the ones that I know have lots of vague opinionated noise... fanboys, haters, shills of whatever product... it can be frustrating if you want informed debates backed by facts.

As a non-tech example I could probably mention forums.philosophyforums.com (haven't been there much lately, though).
It probably works well for philosophy in general, because skepticism and critical debate are essential parts of it.
