Http Playback Control Plugin For Foobar2000

I am in need of a plugin for foobar2000 that will act as a HTTP playback control interface, similar to ZoltanPlayer ( http://www.triptico.com/software/zoltan.html )
Has anyone taken on such a project?
Anyone even remotely(*slaps thighs*) interested?
