Tool to automatically convert files to Ogg Vorbis

I know there are plenty of conversion tools out there.  And I was going to write a script to do what I needed to do, but before I go through the effort, I thought I would see if something exists already.

I want to be able to throw a directly at it and have only the FLAC files converted to Ogg Vorbis and copied to a separate directory.  Any other lossy formats it finds should just be copied and not converted to ogg.

Does a tool like this exist already?

Foobar2000 can convert flac to ogg directly but it can't separate lossy and lossless. It will convert them all but it should give you warning before the conversion.
I will think about tomorrow's problem tomorrow

I think you could sort files in foobar by format and skip over the FLAC files.

Edit: sorry misread.

You can set up foobar with foo_onewaysync to do the job.
