Native Bit-depth for the output format

Hello.

Can the foobar Team add that function? So that I can select "native" in the output format, and not always change between 16 and 24 Bit. Because playing 16 Bit Music in 24 output sound bad, because it is upsampled then.

That is laughably false, and not close to following the Terms of Service you agreed to when you created your account.

Bit depth and sample rate are different dimensions in PCM.

Please take some time and educate yourself on the basics of what you are talking about before asking for features.

Bit depth and sample rate are different dimensions in PCM.

Please take some time and educate yourself on the basics of what you are talking about before asking for features. 

If you don't hear any difference it is ok, but I hear it. It sounds more bad with 24 Bit output on 16 Bit WAV. I use WASAPI.

Let's try again, everything that shakey_snake said is true and you should follow his advice:

Adding zero's to the width of a sample doesn't change anything unless your DAC (or some part of the connection to it) is broken.
Doing upsampling is an entirely separate thing than adding zeros to with the width of each sample and isn't a required feature of foobar2000 (i.e. you only get upsampling if you ask for it.)
Adding a useless feature to foobar2000 won't fix whatever's wrong in your system - Verify that you aren't using any DSP, replay gain, a volume control (either in foobar2000 or the OS) and you'll get identical bits from your source to your DAC.  Some DACs have some sort of check that the bits are getting there in a perfect manner, you might check to see if yours does.

If there really a difference for you then your sound card drivers are badly broken. The audio data is just padded with zeroes. The signal coming out of the DAC is absolutely identical. You are essentially suggesting that 5 is different from 5.0000.
