Regression to no filters in lame 3.99

lame 3.98.4 dont allow t bypass the lowpassfilter cause the -k switch dont exist and --lowpass -1 dont works using cbr 320 settings.
now lame 3.99 allow the use of the --lowpass -1, but the final lowpass is applied to 21,9 khz instead of 22,1 khz using old lame 3.93.1

so what you feel guys about all these changes ?

If it still sounds transparent then it doesn't really matter that they have changed the lowpass.
Who are you and how did you get in here ?

Thats in the transition band of any possible ADC so its pretty much irrelevant.  You won't have any signal there.
