Batch Cutting MP3 samples....Need help/advice

I have a couple thousand music files, and I want to cut all of them into 2:00min 96kbps MP3 samples

The problem is that I have only come across software that will let me cut them into samples with the first 2:00 min taken from them....I want to take 2:00 min samples from the middle of each track.

Can anyone please point me in the right direction to get this accomplished. I have been trying to deal with this for the past week and I am getting a little frustrated!!
