Media Library / AlbumList - Selection and Scanning

Hi,

Would it be possible to add something like "Exclude the following folders" in the Media Library Section? This would be useful if you add a directory with lots of subdirectories and you just want to exclude one folder (e.g. a temporary folder) from the Media Library.

Also, I would find it extremely useful if it would be possible to just re-scan certain folders and not have to re-scan the whole library every time. Or did I miss this feature anywhere?
