Passing cmd line parameters to the foo_midi pluging

Hi. I'm a newbie trying to set up a flexible playback system. It would help me a lot if there was a way to invoke foobar2000 from a command line with additional parameters - in my case, specifically for the foo_midi plugin; I'd like to be able to mute a list of tracks by number or name or MIDI channel; ideally some (less important) on-the-fly filtering too, like scaling MIDI channel volume.
Are there any plans in the pipeline, for foobar2000 to pass on parameters, and for foo_midi to provide filtering as mentioned?
