Merge

Hi forum members,
I recently read that one can use Foobar2000 to merge 20 audio tracks into 1 file.
How?

Put the songs in to the playlist in the order you want.

Select all songs, right click > convert > ...

Choose the output format you want to use and then click destination.

Under output style... choose Merge all tracks into one output.

Who are you and how did you get in here ?

Hi Duck,
Thanx for that however a problem remains.
I did everything instructed however, my choices are 'back' or 'cancel'.
Where to from here?
(I can't find where to upload a screenshot.)

Click 'Back' - to return to the main Converter settings page, where you can review settings and use 'Convert' button.

Note this is re-encoding audio. If your source files are not lossless, this is not the ideal way to merge them, if you care about music quality. No doubt there are other programs out there that can join without re-encoding.

Screenshots can be attached directly to posts on these forums (underneath the text entry where it says 'Add files...') - no need to use image hosts.

Cheers
