foobar2000 for ARM - nothing shows up in media library after adding folders

I tried to use foobar2000 v2.0 for ARM on my Microsoft Surface Pro X with SQ2 CPU. Somehow, adding folders to the library makes no difference even after foobar2000 claims to have finished indexing them: I don't see anything in the Album List tab of the main window.

Even after selecting "All Music" in the "Album List" tab, I see nothing in the "Library Viewer Selection" tab: https://pasteboard.co/wcUVTrHpjBWe.png

I know my folders have music files that should be recognized by foobar2000 because I could add the same network folders in the media library of foobar2000 v2.0 for x64 on my other regular laptop, and the files would appear in the foobar2000 media library.

Do other versions of foobar2000 (x86 32-bit or 64-bit) work on your Microsoft Surface? You can make portable installs to keep them from interfering with your ARM install.
Does foobar2000 console ( View / Console ) say anything of relevance?
I just made a fresh install on my own device and it seems to function correctly, music folder gets indexed, Album List shows my albums.
Microsoft Windows: We can't script here, this is bat country.
