Will there be foobar2000 v1.3.21?

Hello, Will there be foobar2000 v1.3.21? I am wondering because I hope to fix the Windows 10 1809 disappearing window issue. I don't use 1.4 because I get errors when I convert anything with a image mebedded or a folder file named. folder.jpg it throws an error but I don't get this with foobar2000 v1.3.20 and foobar2000 v1.3.20 works great for me other than these 2 issues. Thanks in advance.

If Microsoft doesn't fix this bug on their end, release of 1.3.21 alongside 1.4.1 will be considered.

As of your 1.4 issues, please elaborate (full error details please), I'd like to get them fixed before 1.4.1 stable.
