can you guys try and recreate this garbled "paranormal" audi

A few days ago noticed on the reddit a thread about "possessed youtube video". It was just a french tutorial but at the end the video and timer freeze but the audio continues. It was all garbled and totally loud.. sounded demonic. Here's the original clip

so you'd have to watch the whole thing but some devices it just stops and the audio doesnt continue. Think there's links in the comments to recording of watching it.

Was in a video forum wondering about this and one guy figured out how to recreate having a youtube video freeze at the end, the timer stops but the audio continues playing. Said it had to do with the muxer that combined audio and video. Before they said it was the audio that was longer than the video causing this. So i tried in virtualdub taking video and replacing the audio with a longer one. Uploaded that to youtube but it would just stop at the end of the video. It wouldnt recreated that.. but that dude said he used ffmpeg to mux it and it worked. So that figures out whats going on with the video stopping but audio continuing.

I'm here in this audio expert forum, cause maybe you guys can figure out whats going on with the audio part. Apparently its the original french guy talking that gets totally garbled. Well, lets see if any of you guys can take that french guy and recreat whats going on there. Any ideas of whats happening? Cause if you listen to the words they're in english. So is there some other something that got mixed in there? Whats going on with the audio part of this "paranormal" video.

Also.. wondering if any of you experts can try and clean up the audio from that file.. try removing the distortion and garbled so you can hear more of whats going on. Thanks. lol
