Locked out of this forum

Hello.

Today I was unable to log in with any usual web browser, I always got "Sorry, you are not permitted to use this board". Even if I was not yet logged in. Even if I deleted the cookie.

This time I logged in using the Tor Browser. This was successful, so I wonder if my IP range got blocked or if there is any similar reason why I was not even allowed to read-before-logging-in (which is usually possible here).
