M3U to FPL within command line

I would like to create FPL playlists automatically (FooBar2000 command line) from M3U playlists. Is there a way to do it ?

Many thanks.

Save all playlist from M3U to FPL in batch mode

Is there a way to save all playlists (more than hundred) to FPL in Batch mode without opening Foobar2000 itself?

I try the Runcmd feature but I did not make it working at all.

Currently I do this:
Start Foobar2000
Load all Playlists
Save all playlists as FPL
Close Foobar2000
