Creative control panel vs Windows 7 Sound options

Hi

If one goes in the Creative control panel speakers \ advanced and change the values there eg the front speakers to 45% one hopes that this values reflects on the the Windows 7 sound \ speaker proprieties \ levels tab \ equilibrium (or levels) but there is 63% for the front speakers! So if I want adjust the equilibrium of my Gigaworks 7.1 where do I go? I know that the most direct sound is the most pure but if for levels we have 2 different filters that´s no good!
Someone could care to explain?

There should be an option for to synchronize those two control panels in Creative's control panel.

BTW, volume control is just for to control the hardware ... i.e. audio does not go through it --> no loss even if you have 10 of those in use for one hardware.

Thanks for the fast response I understand what you say but I do  not see that option in Creative CP.
