would anyone please tell me, where and how i could find the versions 1-34 of mercedes-benz-mixed-tapes?
i just got the most-recent one, no. 35.. i love that.. so, where could i find the others, except "torrent"-ideas..

I daresay that since they released the music for free in the 1st place AND the method by which you download music is independent of the legality of the music source (which I assume is your concern), I think you should be OK if you went the BitTorrent route. My point is, since the previous mixes have been pulled from the site, any other source you find is likely to be unofficial anyway, P2P or not.

Have the Mixed Tapes always been released in mp3 only?

I could certainly use more free music sites like bitte-downloaden.de. Both "free" as in "free beer" or "free" as in "free speech".
