Need Recommendation: Multilanguage Blogging Software

All,

I am asked to build a blog site. Now the blogger wants to post in two languages, and he prefers that people can easily change over from one version to the other by just clicking a small flag under the blog's title. So, if for instance the blogger clicked on the UK/USA flag, all articles displayed will be the English-language articles. If the blogger clicked on the Indonesian flag, all articles diplayed will be the Indonesian-language articles. (Translation will be performed manually by him).

What software do you recommend? And if necessary, what plugins?

- the usuall heavyweigths, i'am sure they can do it: drupal, wordpress
- the flatfiledatabase thing iam using for my blog: simple php blog (you could abuse categories for multilanguage i imagine), version 0.5.0 is now in kinda alpha stage.
