The missing volume commands

Hi,

with 0.9 Peter dropped the fix value volume commands. Now we only have up, down and mute. As the opposite of "mute" we should also have a command to set volume to 0 db.

My reason is: I have a notebook being used by non technical users. Controlled by a remote control. This needs to be easy to control for my users like a real hardware device. It has an "emergency" button which everyone knows. This does do certain things (with girder) like killing lots of apps, restarting fb2k, resetting the system volume, populate and go to a specific playlist... The only thing I cannot do is to put the foobar volume slider to max.
