WindowsXP FLAC GUI config Help?

Please can anyone tell me where I can obtain a Help File for the Windows GUI version of FLAC, particularly wrt the configuration options.

If anyone can send me one, all the better.

Also, any information on the indigenous FLAC TAGs?

AFAIK there is no additional helpfile for the frontend (and it's not needed IMHO).
