Incorrect vendor tag with flac frontend

encoding with flac flontend (flac111a) sets incorrect tag ->
FLAC_vendor = reference libFLAC 1.1.0 20030126

this does not happen with flac tools (flac-1.1.1-win) ->
FLAC_vendor = reference libFLAC 1.1.1 20041001

i dunno if this has been reported already or not. its a minor bug anyway...

ok, so i encoded using flac.exe that frontend installed. no problems. the tags are all fine. i guess maybe the problem is ith the tag tool that frontend uses.
