Anyone sell bulk packs of "fold-out" double CD jewel cases?

The double CD cases I'm finding at Amazon are trash. The tray's hinge is on the left, is fragile, and tends to pop out of socket.

There were cases made that had the tray open out to the right. They were simple, with none of the problems, above.

I can't find anyone who sells more than one at a time, and they want CRAZY money for them.

Does anyone know who sells them at reasonable prices for packs of 25 and 50, in clear and black?
