Sequence of actions with files

Want to do sequence of actions with selected files with button click:
  • convert with saved preset
  • batch attach image
  • move to specific folder
  • add specific tag to source files

Maybe (if) some explanations are needed:
I do convert lossless for mobile device, using specific tag (MOBILE).
I mark them when digging music.
And collecting to autoplaylist (mobile IS 1 AND "$info(encoding)" IS lossless).
Once want to convert doing mentioned sequence of actions.
Step 4 is needed to avoid duplicating in future.
Lets say it adds DONE so I can change collecting playlist to exclude DONE items.

So is it possible?
P.S.
I did google with no luck, so I'm sorry if there is a simple component like masstagger
(which is doing exactly what I want but only with tags).
