foobar i/o error

foobar (v1.0.3 and v1.1) has suddenly started giving me I/O errors on CD playback.

On attempting to load cd data:
Could not load info (I/O error (win32 #1117)) from:
"cdda://00E77E79" / index: 10
Could not load info (I/O error (win32 #1117)) from:
"cdda://00E77E79" / index: 8

On attempting playback:
Unable to open item for playback (Disc not available):
"cdda://01E53611" / index: 6
Unable to open item for playback (Disc not available):
"cdda://01E53611" / index: 7

This initially happened on v1.0.3 so I upgraded but still recieved the same problem. Not sure where the problem lies as I've tried a few cds and it happened with each one. The cds pass read test with nero CD-DVD Speed, CD's also will play in Windows Media Player 11 and will rip with Easy CD-DA. I've made sure nothing is running that could be accessing the drive when foobar is active. I'm out of ideas to try and fix this issue.
