AAC - Huffman Decoding problem


Hi all,

I am working on huffman decoding of spectral data. I am not getting how to detect the codewords sometimes.For example :
if codewords include from 0x20 to 0x2f,also it includes 2 , Then on what basis I have to choose a particular codeword has occured. Can any one update me a solution ?

I will be thankful if any one can provide me this document "SELECTING AN OPTIMAL HUFFMAN DECODER FOR AAC".
