Problems decoding specific AC3 file

cannot convert ac3 to wav (using foo_ac3 0.9.3), with beta2 worked fine.

i get this Information popup:

Code: [Select]
Could not load info (Sharing violation) from:
"D:\Downloads\Torrent\1.wav"

closing the Information popup shows th Converter Status Report:

Code: [Select]
1 out of 1 tracks converted with major problems.

Source: "D:\Downloads\Torrent\1.ac3"
An error occurred while writing to file (Unsupported format or corrupted file) : "D:\Downloads\Torrent\1.wav"
Conversion failed: Unsupported format or corrupted file

ac3 file is ok, tested with ac3fix.
it writes a wav file of 0:00.640 (30720 samples) size is 122924 bytes.
Playback is ok.

Edit: Cannot covert in any format (FLAC, MP3)

Later EDIT: the problem is only with that specific file. other ac3-s work just fine.

Does ac3fix verify checksums? foo_ac3 certainly does, and fails outright on any frames where the checksum fails.
