Difference between CRW-F1 model numbers ?

I've seen at least 3 different model numbers for Yamaha CRW-F1 atapi drives.  I've seen them quoted as just CRW-F1, CRW-F1E, ,and CRW-F1ZE... Do they have different models of the same model?  These are all quoted as being ATAPI drives.
