[columns ui] track display panel refresh

i put playback time in a track display panel, mode "now playing":  %_time_elapsed% / %_length%

but the panel doesn't refresh and the time displayed is always freezed on last script editing

a) This question is not ColumnsUI related
b) "track display panel" is most likely from panelsUI. This one has:

// PerTrack
// PerSecond
// Global

So everything behind "// PerSecond" behaves as it says.
