Side information: dynamic range and downmix

I was wondering if there is an "official" way to carry downmix and dynamic range info regarding an AAC stream, in the 3 following cases:

*MP4 container
*AAC over RTP
*MPEG-2 TS

Using AC-3, there are provisions inside the standard to carry those info, so we can be sure that any decoder will handle them, but in the AAC case, it seems to be quite lacking. Any pointer?
