Gaps

Hi everybody, recently I have download a FLAC file. When I open it in foobar2000 however, I don't see one track but numerous divided tracks. This kind of file is a joining of multiple single files with foobar?

I know that when EAC extract a CD in single tracks, gaps information are lost because gaps are put on the end of the song. In some case however I have find with the splitted FLAC or APE tracks the CUE file. If I burn a CD selecting the CUE and no the singles tracks I receive back the CD with right splitted gaps?

If I split a CD image in single tracks with foobar gaps are puts the same on the end of the previous song? Can I rebuild the right gap position re-joining tracks with foobar and burning  the CD from CUE?

Thanks

No they're not?  At least not for me.

Foobar never inserts gaps for any format, so far as I am aware.  If you hear a gap, it was already there.
