AC3 track does not start playing from the beginnin

Hi:

I have an AC3 track ripped from a music DVD that foobar can not play from the beginning, however it plays well if I drag the position slider a bit ahead of the start time.
Its a track containing several songs on one long ac3 file, it has been ripped using DVD Decrypter 3.5.1.0 and I'm using v0.83 with foo_ac3 v0.6. Any ideas why does this happen?

p.s. I tried to rip the ac3 with Smart Ripper but I get the same result. In both cases I chose stream processing to rip only the ac3 part out of the vob.
