Foo_ui_albumlist, Database

i was reorganizing my music collection from format (folders):

%artist% - [%date%] - %album%

to

%artist% - (%date%) - %album%,

and then, after seeing it all, once more changed all names to

%artist%  (%date%)  %album%.

after each operation, i nuked the database, and scaned the collection. now, after each foobar restart, it loads about 100 seconds, and shows me each album in three versions:%artist% - [%date%] - %album% , %artist% - (%date%) - %album% and %artist%  (%date%)  %album% . to fix it, i have to refresh the display. after restart, it is back. the oryginal album_list (not ui) shows always correct names.
how can i fix it ?

[EDIT]
'remove dead entries from the database' doesnt help.

ok, what helped me finally: removing all the playlists from the foobar directory.
