foo_flac 1.0.17

There seems to be bug that is caused when playing a mono file and then switching to a stereo file.  The music gets all laggy, almost like it's still trying to treat the file like it's mono.  Only seems to happen with flac files.  I no longer have the older flac decoder so I can't test if it's there in the last version.  This problem is also present when switching from a 6ch to 2ch file as well, but never when going from 2ch to 6ch.

EDIT: It appears just to be foobar having problems going from a different number of channels, not just the flac plugin.  I am using Directsound output with an audigy 2.  Perhaps this topic could be renamed so it's not misconceived?
