Attachment help?

Forgive my stupidity, but I've just written a snesapu wrapper component (alternative SPC decoder with more options) for foobar2000 but can't figure out how to attach it to a message here.

It's in a fairly usable state, doesn't really sound any different to the libopenspc-based component (I guess they copied Antires' fine work), you can't write tags with it and some tags may not be read correctly.  I'm just a bit tired of working on it.
