CoolEdit MP4/AAC plugins

I downloaded the CoolEdit MPEG4 HE-AAC plugins.. It seemed to me that there might be some problem with decoding MP4 main profile. I have encoded a clip with the Psytel aacenc encoder using main profile and I couldn't decode it in CoolEdit..
There is NO problem with the LC profile however..

Also, I couldn't export a MP4 file into ADTS file format in CoolEdit even though the plugins settings allows both RAW and ADTS formats.. Is this function disabled?
