Chapter in matroska file

I try create my matroska file  two ways:
1. All songs as separate audio track.
2. All songs in single audio track with chapters.

I create mka from mp3  with mkvtoolnix ver 8.9. My OS is Windows XP + SP1.

In ZoomPlayer and Media Player Classic I can select track or chapter. But when I play mka in Foobar it only first track or chapter available.

Where is my error?

I created this method some months ago for creating a Matroska file from FLAC/CUE/LOG files: http://www.hydrogenaudio.org/forums/index....ndpost&p=187270

I'm sure you can adapt the .bat file to work with MP3 instead of FLAC.

If not, given a few days, I can help you out, but for now I need to study for some final tests of the semester.

I found my error - format of my chapter file was xml, when I write it as cue I can get mka chapter in FB2000.

Ummm.... That shouldn't be your error.  The chapters produced by an XML file and a CUE sheet should be identical in a Matroska file.

I create chapter file manually in mkvtoolnix and save it as xml file.  Then add this chapter file in mka - not part in FB.

If I use chapter file as cue created in EAC and import in to mka - I see part in FB.
