Fix MP3 header

I would like to make some of my MP3s gapless using the "fix mp3 header" plugin in Foobar 2000. But how do i know which encoder that have been used, and how do i know the encoder delay for that encoder?

And when i'm done, how do i compare my results to the cuesheets on "cuesheet heaven"?
