Another Sample (The Hooters)

Ok, this is a Sample from The Hooters for the Multiformat Test

I ABX'ed this Sample sucessfully with result 11/11 using the following Codecs/Settings: (vs Original File)

LAME 3.90.3 --alt-preset 128 (worst, abx'ed without much effort)
LAME 3.96 --preset 128 (better, but still worse)

Oggenc-aotuvb2 -q4 (best, but problems with stereo image)

BTW: This sample seems to be a HE-AAC killer sample.

Original File vs. LAME 3.96 -V5
LAME 3.90.3 --alt-preset 128 vs. LAME 3.96 --preset 128
