Playlist refresh on minimize restore

If "Follow cursor" is enabled I noticed when you restore foobar from being minimized to the task bar the current song being played isn't displayed. Like when the foobar stays maximized the playlist keeps following the song being played.
I know a dubble click in the status bar will refesh the playlist to the current song being played but it would be more convenient if this is being done automaticly on restore as well.
I don't know if it's possible though, can an event in foobar be triggered upon restore?
