i'm tring to rename a files from Seether - Fine Again to Seether - [Disclaimer #03] Fine Again plz help

It's not actually clear what you are requesting - but if it's rename files from tags you can try Masstager > Rename files with something like:

%artist% - '['%album% #$num(%tracknumber%,2)']' %title%
