Best way to do a backup?

What would be the best way to do a backup of over 3,000 mp3's in one folder?  I have burned them to cdr in the past, but that was when I only had a few hundred mp3's at the time.  Now I still want to put them on cdr's, but it would be very time consuming picking the right amount of files (650-700mb).

Any ideas would be appreciated

Thank you.

Burn to the brim.

This is a program that calculates how much files you can stuff on a cd. Is this what you're looking for ?

Just an idea, if your files have tags you can try Tag 2.0 to move files to album subdirectories. That might make handling them easier for you.

Personally, I like subfolders like the following:

Artist name/(year) Album title/Track number - Song name

or

Various Artists/(year) Album title/Track number - Artist name - Song name

Just use the same folders on the cd layout and you have an easy way of making and restoring a backup.

Kinda what I am looking for.  Once it selects files, does it remove them from a list so you don't select them again?
