Should there be an Ogg appender?

This is related to a problem that I posted on Doom9: Appended ogg playback broken.

Anyway, I generally agree that the best way to concatenate Ogg files together is to simply to use cat or some other generic filesystem tool, but this generates multiple streams in a file, and although this is generally a good feature, sometimes this behavior is unwanted. So if there isn't already an Ogg catenater out there, I think some one should write one.
