Extra file when decoding FLAC files to MP3

I use Foobar2K to convert FLAC files to MP3 when they have a CUE file to split them properly into separate files. Whenever I do the conversion, there is also a file created that is all of the files concatenated together. Is there a way to exclude that large concatenated file from being added/created when I drag the FLASC/CUE files into FooBar?

Sounds like you're dragging both the FLAC Image and CUE into fb2k. Try dragging just the CUE file.

Well, that was pretty dumb on my part!
Thank you for the help!
