App works well with external memory but crash when using internal memory

Hi,

I have two smartphones one of them is an old units that support the use of an sd-card. If I have the music files in the internal memory the program, loads the playlist very slow, crash constantly, etc. but if I use the external memory it works flawlessly.

Any ideas?

What version (or versions) of the app are you using?
