foobar2000 2.x defaulkt UI playist view's features requests

There's some features (that were initially available through the Playlist Organizer plugin) that I would love to get back, having them implemented directly in fb2k's default UI core.

Mainly, this would consist in having an extra visual feedback on the playlist manager/switcher of the playlist hosting the currently playing item (the full feature set of the Playlist Organizer plugin would be really nice, but at least this "simple" functionality would be a real live saver).

For now, we only have a visual binding with the highlight color between the manager and the switcher. But once the current playlist (with a playing item) has been switched to another idle one, it could become very hard to find from which playlist the playing item was originated.

I let you define the exact visual rendering of this feature. For the record:
  • The currently switched to playlist line is drawn with highlight foreground+regular background (not mouse selected) or text foreground+selection background (mouse selected)
  • The Playlist Organizer plugin was adding a bounding wire-frame using the highlight foreground to render that.
